The Clearway Solo empty property alarm system is a monitored, stand alone, battery powered, wire free, GSM alarm system specifically designed for use on empty commercial and residential properties where there is no mains power or telephone lines. Wireless movement detectors are installed in the building to detect intruders. If activated a 110 db sounder will sound and the alarm unit will simultaneously signal our 24/7 alarm monitoring centre. Clearway can respond to the alarm activation if required or if preferred can notify the client who can despatch their own alarm response team.

Clearway will supply, install and monitor the Solo void property alarm on a weekly rental basis and can also respond to alarm activations if required.

The Clearway Solo empty property alarm system has been independently assessed and awarded with the prestigious “Secured by Design” accreditation which is the official UK Police flagship initiative supporting the principle of “designing out crime”.
