2  With our service team on call, we will respond within 2 hours, even at the weekends. You can count on us in an emergency or if a fast turnaround is required.

3   You can rest assured that our service team will always arrive on time.

4   We will always return your telephone calls, faxes and emails within 1 hour.

Accessibility

5   You will find us easy to deal with. As a client of ours, you will be assigned your own specific Client Liaison Officer who will always be available to respond to your needs.

Planning and Efficiency

6   We will always send you a letter of engagement and agree a timetable with you before commencing any project. Our work will be organised so that it ensures minimal disruption and fits in with your schedule.

7   We will complete our work according to your exact specifications and keep you up to date with our progress.

8   We will never over-promise on deadlines but will complete work according to your schedule and complete it on time.

9   Our service teams are skilled and experienced, enabling them to solve any problems that may arise. Any unforeseen circumstances will be dealt with, so there is never any disruption to the work.

11   Before leaving site, our service teams will ensure that all work has been completed to the highest practical standard in accordance with the specification/quotation.

12   We proactively review all assignments before completion to ensure quality excellence. We also concentrate on the “Finishing Touches”, actively looking at ways in which we can add value to your contract, passing any savings on to you. Our costs are determined with a view to a long-term relationship and not just to maximise short-term gain.

Our Approach to Fees

13   We will always agree to a fixed fee and budget for all projects with you in advance. We will always be prepared to provide an estimate of fees before the start of any project.

14   Our invoices will be sent out on a timely basis, be accurate and detailed with a breakdown of deliverables/work performed.

15    We are committed to providing excellence in everything we do. Our own internal systems of quality control are structured to ensure that our service to you is consistent.

16    We only operate state-of-the-art equipment and use quality materials that are high-impact and deep cleansing. Most importantly, they are also environmentally friendly and non-hazardous.

17    We ensure that all Health and Safety regulations and Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Directives are adhered to at every stage of the project and we are continually working to improve Health and Safety.

18    CES is fully insured to the value of £15 million and protected from any financial liabilities, giving you peace of mind.

19    We are also endorsed by Construction Line and are registered members of The Environment Agency and are accredited with the ISO 9001:2000 standard.

Commitment to Client Care

20    We will send you feedback forms on a regular basis so that you can appraise and comment on the services we provide. We welcome your feedback, which is critical to enabling us to constantly improve and monitor our client needs. Questionnaires will be monitored to ensure continuous improvement.
