Company Vehicles
All company vehicles meeting with Euro 4 Emissions directives are maintained on a weekly basis and have trackers fitted to enable us to pinpoint exact vehicle locations, arrivals and departures to and from jobs.

PDA's
All teams are equipped with PDA’s: not only can they receive jobs electronically but detailed reports can be sent back in real time, as jobs are being carried out, to enable customers to monitor work in progress

Lone Workers
All our portable alarms are fitted with lone worker protection. In an emergency, if the customer is attacked, has an accident or ecomes indisposed through illness, the alarm system will automatically trigger a distress signal giving the location to a 24-hour central station which will implement an emergency response.

Void Property Alarm
The Clearway Group has designed and produced the most modern and efficient void alarm on the market. The i-Witness alarm has the ability to photograph an intruder and send the image directly to the customer and to the response security team. This has proved to be an effective tool in securing ASBO orders on persistent offenders.

24 Hour Call Centre
In 2007 the Clearway Group invested heavily in a 24-hour call centre which not only handles all out-of-hours enquiries but also works to support the security and alarm response teams throughout the night and at weekends.

Intranet/Extranet
The Clearway Group has a secure web server that enables customers to access, book, process and view all levels of work and orders in progress. Real-time data,
improved efficiency and access to information are welcomed by our customers as essential to managing their businesses.

Alarm Systems
All Clearway Group portable alarms are GPSaligned, do not require mains power or a fixed telephone line, are installed with the very latest 3G modems and are fitted with
remote panic buttons for customer safety.
